The right method for your door
A slammed door
Tell us whether the door is simply closed or locked with a key. Depending on the mechanism, opening may be possible without replacing the cylinder.
Lost house keys
If the door is locked and no spare is available, we assess the lock before opening. If your keys may be in someone else’s hands, ask about changing the cylinder.
A jammed lock
A broken key, damaged cylinder or misaligned mechanism needs a specific assessment. Do not force the key; explain what happens when you turn it.
Call before arranging the intervention
Give us your street, postcode, floor and the situation with the door. A technician can attend Geneva and surrounding communes, subject to availability. Keep proof of identity and authorisation to enter the property ready.
The quotation covers the agreed work. Ask for the total including travel, labour, any night or weekend supplement and any necessary parts. Damage-free opening cannot be guaranteed for every lock; the method and any replacement are explained first.
