Enquiries and services

We use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, assess the service, prepare a quotation and arrange an intervention. The car-key form collects your name, email address, vehicle make, model and year, requested service and message. You may also provide your municipality or intervention location.

The form sends your request to our business email. The people handling your request within the company can access the information required for that purpose. Do not send passwords, banking details or identity-document copies through the form.

Hosting, email and security

The website and enquiry email service are provided by Infomaniak Network SA, rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland. Technical data needed to operate the site include IP addresses, request dates and times, requested pages and browser information. They support operation, security and troubleshooting. Backups allow the site to be restored after an incident. See Infomaniak’s privacy information for its processing.

Cookies and statistics

The website uses WordPress and technical mechanisms for operation and form protection. Login cookies relate to users signing into the administration area. No Google Analytics or Google Ads tag was loaded on the public pages checked on 18 September 2026. Google Search Console is used to review the site’s performance in search results.

You can manage cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking necessary technical elements may affect some features. This notice must be updated if new analytics or advertising tools are enabled.

WhatsApp and Google reviews

WhatsApp buttons and Google review links open external services. When you use them, information is shared with the relevant providers under their own rules; processing may occur outside Switzerland. Read the privacy information from WhatsApp and Google. You may contact us by telephone or email instead.

Retention

Information should be retained only as needed to handle your enquiry, follow up the service, meet applicable retention duties and deal with potential disputes. Contact us to ask about the retention period for your file or request deletion. Backups and technical logs follow the hosting service’s retention cycles.

Your rights

You may request information and access to your personal data, correction, and deletion or restriction of use where the legal conditions are met. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
